Is 61-GF For You?
At 61-GF, exercise blends traditional and functional exercise, plyometrics, yogic discipline, and martial art application. One does not need to have a background or understanding of any of this to begin. Train where you are at & enjoy the process!
Next Steps
Before opting in for Membership, personal training session, and/or programming, it is imperative that you schedule an Initial Visit. It is a 90min "interview:"

-exercise consultation
-reviewing and signing waiver form(s),
-and a specific movement assessment (basic movement practices fundamental to exercises performed during sessions).
