Let me be a resource for you; And/Or, I will be a support system for you. Let me help you reach your nutritional, body composition goals.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give me 24hrs notice unless this is an emergency. For all appointments...a missed session without any communication will result in a 50% of the regular price fee, for that service, automatically. Regular occurrences may result in a forfeit in use of 61 Gram Fitness services. Our community and I thank you and respect you.
