Hi, I am Jason! 61GF is a second business venture for me. My first was quite successful, 'Treehouse Thai Massage'. However, exercise is the ultimate “magic pill.” I love the idea that my service now provides a steppingstone for people to learn a skill and then be free to utilize the skill in a way that inspires them.

I have trained, studied, observed, and assisted in many forms of exercise and movement over the past 25yrs. My passions for wellness, fitness, sport, and mental health have helped evolve the style/methodology of exercise and training that I offer now. To me, this method feels therapeutic, spiritual, aesthetically pleasing, challenging, and effective for building strength, hypertrophy, balance, flexibility and skillful movement.

I wanted to offer a blend of movement that all people can enjoy. I believe this style of exercise can be useful for athletics and competition, resolving pain, and for everyday people striving for capable bodies that look great. I infuse traditional, functional strength training with applications from martial arts and yogic principles. Looking for something new, unique, and fun? Life is to be a joyous experience and a fulfilling adventure.

Connecting to one’s body is a part of this flow and process. The more capable you feel, the more in-tune you are with the body, the more openness, acceptance, and confidence you will share with your environment. Let your world have a sense of expanding rather than limiting.

My family inspires me most. My wife and 2 young boys are beautiful, vibrant, and wildly entertaining. They help me create my vision and support me 100%. I hope to grow this business and help serve my community through movement, strength, kindness and mindfulness. Elevate and lighten up!
