Having thoughts about exercise? Ready or deciding to begin making exercise a regular routine? Or, maybe been out of the game and feeling like you want to reintroduce exercise?

2X/wk for at least 2-3 months minimum is highly recommended. We will develop a plan of attack based on your personal goals. We will begin with two weeks of core stability training and learning fundamental movement patterns. Thereafter, a program will be developed that is specific to your needs.

The above package is meant to be a starter package. Building bone will be a long-term commitment of months and years. However, an appropriate exercise program/plan and proper diet is essential for increasing bone density. Exercise and diet are the most proven modifiable factors that can be self-controlled. I can help you in building bridges to sustainable long-term exercise/healthy behaviors, goals, and commitments.
Extended pricing packages will be discussed after the conclusion of the starter package on an individual basis.
